Are these the same as the ones that were in Troy a few years ago? I think Melisa said they had some traveling to different cities. In Troy there were some standing and sitting at bus stops, leaning against lamp post and etc. Did Versailles have that to. Might be a place to travel to and have lunch one day. Love you
Versailles, Ohio has both beautiful bronze scuptures and wall murals that are on permanent display along Main Street. In the sixties big chicken farmers took their eggs to either Weavers or The Poultry Producers in Versailles to be processed. My sister was an egg candler at Weavers for 11 years and I was an egg packer at the Poultry Producers for five summers while going to college. Versailles is a cool Ohio town. Go there when they have the Poultry Days Festival in June.
Because I don't know much about the digital cameras I have used over the years....and yet I am able to take photographs. I have never made it through my entire instruction manual for any of my cameras. I started out with a little cheap 1MP camera.....and progressed from there. I still only have a 5MP Lumix.
Can I explain much about the settings I use or how I captured the shots I have? No, not really. Does that negate the value of the photo? No, not really. They are what they are and can more than stand alone based on their own value.
I want this blog to inspire and encourage even those who think they are clueless or a "dummy" when it comes to taking pictures to just get out there and DO IT! After all if I can get these shots....I am pretty sure you could too!

I had no idea the chicken capitol of the world had anything bronze and if they did it would surely be a chicken.
These look like the real thing and are well done. Nice work.
