About Me
Saying a prayer for South Korea
WHY the name PHOTOGRAPHY FOR DUMMIES?
Because I don't know much about the digital cameras I have used over the years....and yet I am able to take photographs. I have never made it through my entire instruction manual for any of my cameras. I started out with a little cheap 1MP camera.....and progressed from there. I still only have a 5MP Lumix.
Can I explain much about the settings I use or how I captured the shots I have? No, not really. Does that negate the value of the photo? No, not really. They are what they are and can more than stand alone based on their own value.
I want this blog to inspire and encourage even those who think they are clueless or a "dummy" when it comes to taking pictures to just get out there and DO IT! After all if I can get these shots....I am pretty sure you could too!

wow....that is so hard to believe! Even when I lived in the Denver area there were Canadian geese there......most big cities even have them show up eventually at their parks especially if there are ponds or lakes nearby......
Nope, never saw one in the city, all the time I've been here. Interestingly enough, the other day, I passed by Central Park and saw some ducks from afar. I was really surprise to see them. I guess one can live in the city for so long and never see certain things.
