This window looks like it belonged to an older home. Is the local library housed in an older home? The Versailles Ohio Public Library year ago was in the old Worch Mansion. Worch was the local guy who did well in the lumber business. Or maybe the window came from an old mansion. Anyway, thanks for posting. It is beautiful to look at and I'm trying to read the writing on it.
Because I don't know much about the digital cameras I have used over the years....and yet I am able to take photographs. I have never made it through my entire instruction manual for any of my cameras. I started out with a little cheap 1MP camera.....and progressed from there. I still only have a 5MP Lumix.
Can I explain much about the settings I use or how I captured the shots I have? No, not really. Does that negate the value of the photo? No, not really. They are what they are and can more than stand alone based on their own value.
I want this blog to inspire and encourage even those who think they are clueless or a "dummy" when it comes to taking pictures to just get out there and DO IT! After all if I can get these shots....I am pretty sure you could too!

Wow, I wonder that that cost the library.
actually it was in the library I think even before the remodel
It is pretty. I don't remember it. I will have to get up there and go through the library one of these days before it gets too cold.
