About Me
Saying a prayer for South Korea
WHY the name PHOTOGRAPHY FOR DUMMIES?
Because I don't know much about the digital cameras I have used over the years....and yet I am able to take photographs. I have never made it through my entire instruction manual for any of my cameras. I started out with a little cheap 1MP camera.....and progressed from there. I still only have a 5MP Lumix.
Can I explain much about the settings I use or how I captured the shots I have? No, not really. Does that negate the value of the photo? No, not really. They are what they are and can more than stand alone based on their own value.
I want this blog to inspire and encourage even those who think they are clueless or a "dummy" when it comes to taking pictures to just get out there and DO IT! After all if I can get these shots....I am pretty sure you could too!

I miss the Darke County fair. We enjoyed it last year several days. Post some more pics of it, if you have them. Our little county fair is nothing. We used to go to Houston Rodeo; it's too much walking, & they still don't have my favorite Italian sausage.
Those little goats are precious. I noticed on Noah's blog you posted a lot of photos. did you tell Charles to go there and take a look?
I love the music one. I loved it so much I rode it!!!
I also rode the Screamer and I said repeatedly that I wasn't going to die because it twirls you around and then upside down very quickly. Oh, and you do scream A LOT!!!!!!!!!
