Bubble Lights up close....

I only got 2 shots where you could see true bubbles.....the rest the bubbles are all exploding and dancing around in streams on the views from my camera.....and it was very difficult to capture a clear shot. I know I need to change the settings on my camera to do this.....but right now I don't have time.

however I did find my fingerprints cool......so I had to take a couple shots of that......

I had put the shot here.....then wondered if there would be some weird psycho nut out there who would do something WITH my fingerprint....so I decided to NOT post that photo......

here is a macro shot of a regular miniature light on my Christmas tree instead

WHY the name PHOTOGRAPHY FOR DUMMIES?

Because I don't know much about the digital cameras I have used over the years....and yet I am able to take photographs. I have never made it through my entire instruction manual for any of my cameras. I started out with a little cheap 1MP camera.....and progressed from there. I still only have a 5MP Lumix.

Can I explain much about the settings I use or how I captured the shots I have? No, not really. Does that negate the value of the photo? No, not really. They are what they are and can more than stand alone based on their own value.

I want this blog to inspire and encourage even those who think they are clueless or a "dummy" when it comes to taking pictures to just get out there and DO IT! After all if I can get these shots....I am pretty sure you could too!
