I was checking to see if you had posted an update on your dad.
I LOVE your little kitty!!! He/she is just darling!!! I am a cat lover, always have been and always will be! I have 33 inside cats! Most were ferals that I trapped. All are spayed/neutered, disease-free, flea-free, up-to-date on their shots, etc. I have them separated....12 ferals in my large laundry room, 8 in my office, and then 13 in my own living areas. So it's not as bad as it sounds. LOL But this little one of yours is a real cutie!!!
thanks! BUT this is a stray.....at my grandmother's house. I took one stray home (BUT I am not allowed to have any pets where I live now!) so he is incognito! There is another stray I took to get shots and neutered.....but he has to stay at my grandmother's until I get a place of my own!
My mom is posting updates on dad's blog and hers......
The close-up is super- clear!! Well done. I prefer dogs myself but I've been really tempted when I pass by the SPCA and I know they have cats up for adoption (can't have a dog in my apartment).
Hope life slowly returns to normal for you guys. Best wishes for prompt recovery to your Dad.
Hello - Clicked in from An Arkansas Stamper - she said your Dad was not well. Have prayed for healing for your Dad, strength and energy for you and your Mom.
Wish I lived closer as I would LOVE to have this little guy!!! I have 33 now so what's one more?!!! LOL He is just precious!!! Can't even fly them in thew winter as they put them in the cargo area and it's too cold. I can imagine how scary that must be for an animal, what with the roar of the engines and all....But I sure do wish I could have him!!! If you ever come to SC, bring him along!!! I'd give him a good home!
oh I know he is adorable and a sweetie..so friendly and tame. BUT I think my grandmother's neighbors loaded up all the kittens and took them south to Kentucky or somewhere on a big farm.....hopefully they are all okay. I do miss seeing them all. I don't see any now but one grayish Kitten and of course TOM.....another cat I asked grandma to watch till I could bring him home with us. I am not allowed to even have the one cat I do have....but I took him home anyway. I want to bring TOM here too but he is more of an outdoor cat. HE is a sweetheart though. I take food for him and see him every time we see grandma. I got him fixed and shots too.
Because I don't know much about the digital cameras I have used over the years....and yet I am able to take photographs. I have never made it through my entire instruction manual for any of my cameras. I started out with a little cheap 1MP camera.....and progressed from there. I still only have a 5MP Lumix.
Can I explain much about the settings I use or how I captured the shots I have? No, not really. Does that negate the value of the photo? No, not really. They are what they are and can more than stand alone based on their own value.
I want this blog to inspire and encourage even those who think they are clueless or a "dummy" when it comes to taking pictures to just get out there and DO IT! After all if I can get these shots....I am pretty sure you could too!
