That's certainly brave of you to show the world what your garage really looks like. I don't know where I would even position my camera to show mine to its best advantage. Thanks for sharing.
I'm sure if I did have a garage (this is a single carport house) it would look like this, or much worse. As it is, the spare bedroom looks much like it! :)
well actually this is a ONE car garage and I store all my collectibles and seasonal stuff out there along with a few things I use from time to time. I decided to take on a weekend project to clean it up...go through things.....organize it better (not much I can really do with that many boxes though) and I DID get it all cleaned up and swept out and reorganized. NEW photos to follow soon....though most won't be able to tell I did much probably.
Makes me feel tired thinking of moving all of that stuff. I'm pooped today. Yesterday I trimmed the backyard, today the front and mowed the front, helped get rid of some of the oak tree branches, helped put new plastic stuff on my weed eater, helped move four clumps of ornamental grass, helped take the gutter guards off the front of the house, helped take two bags of clippings and etc to the town collection spot, rode along to Lewisburg creek, your Dad was trying to take a shot of something different, but I was so tired I didn't think I was going to be able to make it back to the car. Knees, lower back and my hands today are so sore and stiff. We had Manwiches and chips for supper. I was too tired to make a meat loaf, did revive a little while sitting eating a bite of supper. We ate on paper plaes so there weren't many dishes, finally was able to get on my computer for a little bit, but I called Mom first, oh yes and also took the neighbors dog home to them. Diane doesn't know the dog was out, a worker was there doing something and left the door open. Now I want to take a so called spit bath and put on my nightgown, have a feeling I will be falling asleep early tonight. Love you
I don't have a garage, I have a small storage unit: looks very much like your garage, but smaller :) plus my designated spare bedroom is filled with boxes and stuff. The bed is long gone because of all the "stuff" I really need to get ready for another garage sale.
Because I don't know much about the digital cameras I have used over the years....and yet I am able to take photographs. I have never made it through my entire instruction manual for any of my cameras. I started out with a little cheap 1MP camera.....and progressed from there. I still only have a 5MP Lumix.
Can I explain much about the settings I use or how I captured the shots I have? No, not really. Does that negate the value of the photo? No, not really. They are what they are and can more than stand alone based on their own value.
I want this blog to inspire and encourage even those who think they are clueless or a "dummy" when it comes to taking pictures to just get out there and DO IT! After all if I can get these shots....I am pretty sure you could too!
