About Me
Saying a prayer for South Korea
WHY the name PHOTOGRAPHY FOR DUMMIES?
Because I don't know much about the digital cameras I have used over the years....and yet I am able to take photographs. I have never made it through my entire instruction manual for any of my cameras. I started out with a little cheap 1MP camera.....and progressed from there. I still only have a 5MP Lumix.
Can I explain much about the settings I use or how I captured the shots I have? No, not really. Does that negate the value of the photo? No, not really. They are what they are and can more than stand alone based on their own value.
I want this blog to inspire and encourage even those who think they are clueless or a "dummy" when it comes to taking pictures to just get out there and DO IT! After all if I can get these shots....I am pretty sure you could too!

Nice photo, where did you find it? Looks like something that would be at Aullwood. But they don't have too many spots that look like that.

You are taking some incredible shots. I'm as impressed with your camera skills as I am with your poetry.
Your work is well worth the time it takes for the page to load.
do my pages take a long time to load? They load fast for me so I guess I figured they did for everyone....sorry about that but glad you stopped by and are enjoying them!
Yes, it is very slow to load. I'm guessing a little over 2 minutes to completely load the top couple of pictures. After they are fully loaded the rest go quickly.
