About Me
Saying a prayer for South Korea
WHY the name PHOTOGRAPHY FOR DUMMIES?
Because I don't know much about the digital cameras I have used over the years....and yet I am able to take photographs. I have never made it through my entire instruction manual for any of my cameras. I started out with a little cheap 1MP camera.....and progressed from there. I still only have a 5MP Lumix.
Can I explain much about the settings I use or how I captured the shots I have? No, not really. Does that negate the value of the photo? No, not really. They are what they are and can more than stand alone based on their own value.
I want this blog to inspire and encourage even those who think they are clueless or a "dummy" when it comes to taking pictures to just get out there and DO IT! After all if I can get these shots....I am pretty sure you could too!

I love these both, but the infinite detail of the upper photo is amazing. The red petals are so detailed, they look to be woven silk or something. And the little stamen (or whatever they're called, I've forgotten my botany) that have fallen over but haven't been blown away is neat to see.
thank you again for your visit and comments! I found the flower interesting too....because the stamen had yes....partially fallen off the flower.....and the flower does look like it has been woven
